The only reason that Israel is even in those territories is that they were taken in wars that took place when their Arab neighbors attacked them. Generally speaking when you attack someone and subsequently lose the war that YOU started it's considered bad form to piss and moan about lands you lost during the conflict. Israel COULD be living peacefully behind the pre 1967 borders if it's Arab neighbors hadn't decided to attack them.
