Graham presses 'potential witness' Rosenstein to pull out of Mueller probe oversight

''
Graham, in a letter, cited reports that Mueller’s investigation is looking at whether President Trump obstructed justice by firing Comey – and the fact that Trump relied on a Rosenstein-authored memo to justify the firing."

Mueller - assisted by DOJ Deputy Director Rod Rosenstein - has been reportedly investigating / focusing on possible Obstruction charges against the President for firing former FBI Director Comey; however, the President fired Comey based on a memo Rosenstein authored.

Not only is this a conflict of Interest on Rosenstein's part, but it is also evidence that the President did not act on his own with the sole purpose of Obstructing justice and stopping the investigation of him / his team.

Also, in a memo now turned over to Mueller, Rosenstein claims 'had asked him to reference Russia in his recommendation to fire Comey.' The President stated the words 'referenced Russia' is misleading, as he only asked Rosenstein to 'mention that Comey told him he was not under investigation in the Russia case'.

Interpretation aside, the supposed conversation between the two regarding this issue makes Rosenstein a potential witness and thus is a HUGE Conflict of Interest.

That Trump doesn't have the balls to fire an obvious traitor like Rosenstein is sad.

Who in the WH is telling him not to fire Rod the Mossad?

THAT is the person who also should be FIRED.

Except of course- Graham didn't ask Rosenstein to recuse himself.

Except for the fact that your Title is a lie.

Except for the truth.

Let's imagine for a moment you're right. What then? Do you think that the whole thing will magically disappear if Rosenstein recuses himself? Do you think Jesse Panuccio will somehow do anything different than what Rostenstein would have done?

Sometimes it takes a bit of preparation to have a fireworks show.

Honestly, if Trump fired both Rod the Mossad and Swampy Jeff, and told Jeff's replacement to let Mueller continue, what could anyone say??

That isn't firing Mueller like Nixon fired Cox.

It is just firing two traitors who insist on selling out and taking cash instead of indicting criminals of The Swamp...

Struggling, twisting, turning, writhing in desperation to find some way, any way, to disrupt the tightening noose of the investigation.....

He didn't stop the Russia investigation, dumbass. It is still "ongoing" despite precisely no evidence to justify its expense to the taxpayer...
