Why are able-bodied people without dependents on subsidies? I’m not even sure why having dependents is an issue. Most people with kids work everyday. Yet it’s a big “mystery” why there are different outcomes for some people in this country.

It’s ok. With Trump deporting the migrants who harvest our crops and process our meat, along with making imported food products unaffordable via tariffs, there won’t be any food left to give to snap recipients anyway. In a few years we’ll probably be fighting each other to the death over a can of spam.
