I can't say who should have nukes. But the USA has proven to be a very untrustworthy and dangerous country. Iran has proven to be very responsible. The same as China and Russia. All have been targeted for destruction by the West and have done shit to fight back kinetically. Only recently as Iran fought back, but only in a measured way.
