No. If you’re scheduled for 40 hours an week and If you work 41 hours, you’re paid for 41.5. The entire 1.5 was supposed to be tax free--aka “no tax on overtime”. Instead, you’re just getting tax relief on 0.5 hours of pay, not the full 1.5 that you’re paid.
