Congress could call the victims to testify as to who was abusing them. But they haven't called any of Epstein's victims to testify. They are willfully refusing to call the victims. Why is that????

Any one of those democrat politicians could call in the victims to have a personal, on the record meeting with them to discuss their abusers. They don’t need to wait for republicans to give them permission.
