Well established precedent makes it clear that any action by government to censor or any prior restraint is a violation.To be fair...
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The government has made no such law. However I do believe that it has violated the spirit in which the Amendment was made.
