There was nothing "fail" about his nomination to supreme court except Republicans not allowing a vote on a Democrat nomenee. Why wouldn't they allow the vote? Because he was well qualified and would be confirmed with flying colors, just as he was for AG position.

And Biden using DOJ as a weapon? Idiot, he couldn't even stop investigation and conviction of his own son on obscure gun charges.

There has never been any evidence of either Garland or Biden inapropriately interfering in investigations and even TRUMP'S OWN AG called Trump culpable in the criminal indictments he got.
