Please show me the word "Christ" in the U.S. Constitution.

I haven't heard of anyone stating it was or that they want a theocracy. That is just the left once again fear mongering. Congrats, jillian! Your cohorts would be proud. You can call this one the war on atheists!

Whether people like it or not, this country was founded on Christian principles and morals.

How many times does "God" or "Christ" appear in the 27 Amendments to the Constitution?

You'd think our "Christian" founders would have included something, someone so important to their beliefs.

Maybe the liberals have secretly removed it when the country wasn't looking...

Does say "Creator" though. :)
BINGO.....

And?

They specifically rejected the idea of a theocracy.

No it actually doesn't. You are thinking of the Declaration of Independence, which is not a part of the law of the land.

That is correct.

But the theocrats continue to nominate religious scumbags to the SCOTUS.

So fot all practical purposes god appears in the constitution.

The motherfuckers have intertwined ecclesiastical and civil law.

No, it doesn't. That's in the Declaration of Independence - which is NOT a governing document.

The word "creator" is not a religious term. WHATEVER ENTITY --- religious or non religious- which created us. Thomas Jefferson was an atheist.

THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE , HOWEVER, IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CONSTITUTION.

You're quite right about the Declaration of Independence. It defines legitimate political authority, the purposes of government, and the sovereignty of the people. The Constitution was drafted under its terms.

About the term creator, though. In the DoI, it is capitalized, but more than that, the Creator is the creator of men. It is a religious term. And in further context, it is a Christian term; He is referred to elsewhere in the document as the Supreme Judge and as divine Providence.

Please show me the word Charity in the US Constitution.

Nope. No welfare, medicaide or other social bullshit. Zip. Nada. None. Zero.

Also ain't no Obamacare in there either. In fact there is no mention of healthcare at all in the Constitution.

Other than "welfare" being used in an 18th century context (like the word "regulated" in the 2nd Amendment), yes you are correct.

Here's another word in the Constitution that the OP should ponder:
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

They themselves were Christian, and their posterity are also Christian. It does not say "to secure the blessings of liberty to everyone." It is by the People of a nation to establish the blessing of liberty for themselves. Why do Latinos run to America, instead of changing their own country to secure the blessings of liberty for themselves on their own land? Same for Muslims. You run to America, the nation founded and built by white (and black) Christians, to be free (something that blacks suffered hard for in America all the until the 1960s), and you turn our cities into Sharia Law shitholes like [all of] Sweden, London, etc, or change the entire spoken LANGUAGE of long established white and black communities to spanish, and bring the drug trade and other crimes along with it.

Do either what the whites did (invade and conquer new lands):
or
Do what the blacks did, instead of fleeing to another country, stay and fight, establish the blessings of liberty on your own land and gtfo.

Get the **** out.

Show me the word entitlement or social security.

You people are making a stupid argument based on the stupid premise that only explicitly worded powers are constitutional powers.

That is where your argument fails - on a false premise.

You mean just like the far left OP? Is this another far left propaganda irony post?

Then again this is another thread that proves the far left does not have a clue about the Constitution, to them it is just a GD piece of paper..

Actually the OP presumes it has to be in the Constitution explicitly, hence my statement. You just blew the OP's point out of the water, thanks I was waiting for that.

The entire Document AND Bill of Rights is an explicitly defined limitation of powers to the Federal Government.

The powers are limited purposefully, with intent to limit power. You're argument just failed on the face of it, and history.

God and Divine Providence are frequently used terms in letters and articles written about the future Constitution. Never far from the minds of the Founding Fathers.
