Are you washing with the right fixture?The stuff i use doesn't, it's the water that stinks, when you run the water it smells like the sewer line busted open...

Try turning the knob on your sink, not the handle on your toilet.

Seems like a waste of shampoo.Try bald...like me.

But for some reason, only Pert reacts so strongly with water.
