There was a short lived meme going around, a while back, concerning a dress.

Some observers looking at that photo saw blue and black. Others looking at the very same photo saw it as white and gold.

Neither side was lying — although if you saw blue and black you might think that the ones who claimed to see white and gold were liars. And vice versa.*

The videos of the ICE shooting incident which involved the ice agent and the now deceased Ms. Good — result in similarly conflicting reports from observers.

This is exactly the kind of disconnect which would make any “criminal”’prosecution of the ICE agent a shit show. I suspect that no fairly-empaneled trial jury would be likely to ever reach a unanimous verdict.
