No, it wasn't. She put it cross-ways enough to force other cars to slow down and drive around her vehicle. She wasn't blocking traffic but she was impeding it, which impacted the ICE operation somewhat and that was her intention.





When ordered to get out of her car, Good backed up a little bit and then turned the wheels so she could position the car to get around a parked car in front of her. So, for a moment her wheels where pointed a bit to the Left. Once she got clear of the parked car, she began turning the wheels back to the right. It looked to me like Ross was in front of her car but off to the side, and when she hit the gas the front right corner of her car hit Ross and he opened fire. I cannot tell if she was turning her car away from Ross or not, things kinda went pretty fast and it's hard to tell. But Ross was impacted, sort of a glancing blow. IMHO, Ross didn't have enough time to tell if he was in danger or not cuz she hit the gas and was moving somewhat quickly.

Her attention was on the agent trying to pull her from the vehicle, not on the executioner. She was trying to flee, not assault the killer with her vehicle. As soon as the order was shouted for her to exit the vehicle the agent prepared to shoot her if she took off.

I recall a story where a large bodied football star was being antagonized at a school dance by a wimpy little weasel who was jealous of him. The weasel was hoping the guy would attack him physically which would make him out to be a bully. Instead the big guy went to the punch bowl, ladled out a pitcher of punch, and poured it over the weasel's head, who left in disgrace. That ended the incident, the football star retained his reputation and also gained some respect for the way he handled the incident.

Their tactic is to attempt to block "the kidnappers." If she had been legally parked waiting to do exactly that, there would be nothing that ICE could do. But "parking" in the middle of the road is not legal, so they had the authority to give her a lawful order to move her car, and the authority to detain her if she did not.

If Good accelerated toward Ross, why did her car end up exactly where she was turning, which is down the road, and not on top of Ross?

Because Ross was able to move just enough that she only struck a glancing blow instead of running directly over him as she would have if he had not been as quick.
