No, it wasn't. She put it cross-ways enough to force other cars to slow down and drive around her vehicle. She wasn't blocking traffic but she was impeding it, which impacted the ICE operation somewhat and that was her intention.

When ordered to get out of her car, Good backed up a little bit and then turned the wheels so she could position the car to get around a parked car in front of her. So, for a moment her wheels where pointed a bit to the Left. Once she got clear of the parked car, she began turning the wheels back to the right. It looked to me like Ross was in front of her car but off to the side, and when she hit the gas the front right corner of her car hit Ross and he opened fire. I cannot tell if she was turning her car away from Ross or not, things kinda went pretty fast and it's hard to tell. But Ross was impacted, sort of a glancing blow. IMHO, Ross didn't have enough time to tell if he was in danger or not cuz she hit the gas and was moving somewhat quickly.

It inconvenienced them slightly. I would say, the entire fiasco of getting out to drag her out of her car, which is a 4th amendment violation, was a much greater inconvenience if they actually intended on moving down the road. If you need to be somewhere to "conduct an operation" you don't do this. This was more about teaching her a lesson.

That's the thing I don't think the car ever hits him, it only looks like that way from the second video because he moved in the same direction of the car when he slid to the side. That's why in the first video we don't see any contact at all. What could have happened however is that his hand which was holding the phone may have hit the car, as he was getting into position to shoot.

You can see she made something like 2-3 revolutions of the wheel to turn the car down the road. Ross was the one who recorded this on his own phone. This is actually more damning than the brief contact he may have made with his phone on the car. Either way, he violated DOJ/DHS policy, which negates the most powerful defense he possibly could have used and that is him invoking the supremacy clause. However I think this corrupt regime will do everything in their power to shield him from prosecution, so all this is moot anyway.
