The Capitol police requested more security (National Guard) before Jan 6 and were repeatedly denied such extra security by the Sergeants at Arms of the House and the Senate at the direction of Nancy Pelosi....because of "the optics". They ended up being scapegoats for Princess Pelosi and Chuckie Boy Schumer. Schumer said he would have fired the Senate Sergeant at Arms had he been the Majority Leader.

I do think that Pelosi needs to have a few Republicans perhaps you aren't complete far Rider's loyal to Trump but who are in the middle who aren't loyal to him but didn't outright oppose him either. Just to ensure that there is a clear sense of being check.

She called for a committee but it is hardly bi-partisan since she has final say on who is on this committee and blocks anyone who she does not control.

Also, this committee does not include the Senate as she has no authority with that body.

Perhaps you should investigate the meaning of bi-partisan and the way these committees work since you apparently have no idea.
