No, you just failed to comprehend the whole scenario. First of all, the event could never have happened in the first place because of physics.

If you are in the backseat (as Trump was) and the car is accelerating (as it was), gravity would throw you away from the front of the car but, most importantly there is a physical partition wall between the driver and SS agents in the front and the rear passenger compartment. (Where Trump was). That partition is believed to be armored and bullet-resistant. Any communication between the front and rear is done via a secure intercom system.

Hutchinson has never been charged with any crime. Tony Bobulinski filed a defamation lawsuit against her though. He wants $10,000 in damages but that's a personal beef.
