According to police records, Christopher Schurr, the officer who fatally shot Patrick Lyoya, was praised for chasing down and apprehending suspects during traffic stops while on patrol.

there is no case here. this cop is praised for his work , exemplary record.. lyoya killed him self by being stupid. plain and simple.
