Go ahead, I'm betting a lot of those church goers have concealed weapon permits.

ā€˜Ruth Sent Usā€™ activists plan abortion protests at churches, Supreme Court justicesā€™ homes

Pro-choice activists are planning protests in churches on Motherā€™s Day and are preparing visits to Supreme Court justicesā€™ homes next week to express anger over an anticipated ruling overturning legalized abortion.

The activist group ā€œRuth Sent Us,ā€ named for the late liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is challenging people to protest inside a Catholic Church on Sunday and it published a map purporting to show Republican-appointed justicesā€™ homes for a ā€œWalk-by Wednesdayā€ demonstration.

ā€œWhether youā€™re a ā€˜Catholic for Choice,ā€™ ex-Catholic, of other or no faith, recognize that six extremist Catholics set out to overturn Roe,ā€ the group said on Twitter. ā€œStand at or in a local Catholic Church on Sun May 8. #WarOnWomen #MothersDayStrike.ā€

Ruth did not send you, ya morons. Ginsberg didn't like the Roe v. Wade ruling. She is for abortion, but she thought the decision went too far and fueled the controversy and would result in exactly what you are doing. She would have preferred just striking down the law in question.

Isn't it logical for the Feds to round up and incarcerate people who vandalize and otherwise disrupt church services just like they charged Jan 6 protesters?

I won't be surprised if other churches are hit besides the catholic ones. At the end of the day, why would such a group of people stay within just one form when there are other forms that are out there?

God bless you always!!!

Thereā€™s nothing wrong with a peaceful protest.

And here are right wingers threatening to bring guns

Even the Pope agrees that abortion is a right.

The churches should follow their pope

This is partly Ruth's fault for being a dumbfuck and not retiring when Obama asked her to.
One can understand the Arab son fronting as a black in this. Vatican II rendered judaism and catholicism forever incompatible. Now we have a catholic-CIA puppet POSPOTUS debauching genuflectors over the border.

If it's peaceful, then they have nothing to worry about. Unfortunately much of the time when the left "protests" they become violent.

"Casual observers of the Supreme Court who came to the Law School to hear Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg speak about Roe v. Wade likely expected a simple message from the longtime defender of reproductive and womenā€™s rights: Roe was a good decision.

Those more acquainted with Ginsburg and her thoughtful, nuanced approach to difficult legal questions were not surprised, however, to hear her say just the opposite, that Roe was a faulty decision. For Ginsburg, the landmark 1973 Supreme Court decision that affirmed a womanā€™s right to an abortion was too far-reaching and too sweeping, and it gave anti-abortion rights activists a very tangible target to rally against in the four decades since.

Ginsburg and Professor Geoffrey Stone, a longtime scholar of reproductive rights and constitutional law, spoke for 90 minutes before a capacity crowd in the Law School auditorium on May 11 on ā€œRoe v. Wade at 40.ā€

ā€œMy criticism of Roe is that it seemed to have stopped the momentum on the side of change,ā€ Ginsburg said. She wouldā€™ve preferred that abortion rights be secured more gradually, in a process that included state legislatures and the courts, she added. Ginsburg also was troubled that the focus on Roe was on a right to privacy, rather than womenā€™s rights.

ā€œRoe isnā€™t really about the womanā€™s choice, is it?ā€ Ginsburg said. ā€œItā€™s about the doctorā€™s freedom to practiceā€¦it wasnā€™t woman-centered, it was physician-centered.ā€

"Even the Pope agrees that abortion is a right."
That is a total lie.
Only your 2nd day and you are already proving yourself to be a jackass.

This is insurrection and terrorism.

She was right, the opinion was wrongly decided.
