police union defends cop in lyoya killing

and there already having issues getting a trial underway.

told you he had a record. this is why he acted the way he did,. driving on a revoked license had a warrant, . there trying to get this record tossed out as evidence. lieing and saying he didnt have record. bs. lieing parents.

cops back him up all the way. it was justifiable.
Cops will back the cop in almost every circumstance so that's not a good indicator.

Looking at the known facts and video however this looks like a justifiable homicide.

No, they are still awaiting forensics thus no decision has yet been made to even take it to a grand jury much less charge him outright.

Unless you could show the officer was aware of his prior history it would not be relevant to the shooting.

So far there's not even any evidence to suggest either of them was aware of a warrant being issued for his arrest so again irrelevant as to whether or not the shooting is justified.

it explaind why the black guy acted they way he did. sure as shooting.

it dosent matter. about it explains why the black guy acted the way he did . wanted. did not wan to go to jail. simple.
It can't explain anything since there's no reason to believe he was even aware of the warrant issued just 3 days prior.

None of this is relevant to whether or not the shooting was justified. We know the guy fought the cop, that's established by the video evidence.
