Opening the straight not hard at all

The MK 48 is overkill for disabling the prop and/or rudder of a tanker, which is not a fast, high performance warship.
Other earlier types would be more suited.
If none left in USN inventories perhaps other Nation's might have and be willing to sell a few.
How are you going to get them on the subs? There is so much that you are ignoring. A subset torpedoes load out lasts literally years.

The only time Iran attacked you was in 1979, and that was the assault on the Embassy.

Middle eastern terrorists have attacked you, and may have had ties to Iran, but the Iranian government has NOT directly attacked the USA.
Any terrorists who have attacked the West have been Sunni fanatics like Al Qaeda and ISIS, no connection to Iran at all, but this is how they spin propaganda, in fact the US/West have been sponsoring those Sunni Islamist terrorists as a proxy army for decades, Syria was the latest example where they replaced a secular President Assad with a head chopping Al Qaeda terrorist.

Please just quit you say you don't agree with what i said, you can't disagree with recorded facts unless you have a screw loose.

Trump is hilarious suggesting people who work on oil ships are pussies for not taking their boats through the straits. I think Trump should show us all by getting on a oil tanker and sailing through the straights himself.

Trump can’t make a decision to open the Strait, neither will brave sailors.
Insurance companies will decide when it is safe

On March 7, as the United Kingdom considered dispatching an aircraft carrier to the region, Trump insisted such help was wholly unnecessary because victory had already been achieved.

“That’s OK, Prime Minister (Keir) Starmer, we don’t need them any longer,” Trump posted on social media. “But we will remember. We don’t need people that join Wars after we’ve already won!”

Now he's begging for help. Or pressuring our former allies to help. Trying to bully them into helping. Is this the way a master negotiator acts? Seems like a weak and ineffective negotiator to me.

Last night The Daily Show did a really funny piece on this. It's too soon for it to be something I can post.

Meanwhile those Zionist gangsters are massacring civilians in Beirut and South Lebanon with frenzied bombing and the only ones confronting them are Hezbollah.
Indeed, all the emasculated leaders of the "free world" are so weak that they won't callout the obvious and they never do. Even the recent UN security council resolution made no mention of Israel's illegal bombing of Iran and continued violent occupation of Palestinian territory.

The Gulf states are all stooges, installed by the British in the 1920s, perpetual dictatorships who have no affiliation with Islam to speak of.

Another oil tanker was hit overnight. A gas field was set on fire and US intelligence is reporting the regime is consolidating its power. Europe is refusing to get involved.

Whats the plan again?

They disagree with facts all of the time. The have "alternative facts" (aka "lies) which they prefer, and the first amendment says they are just as entitled to their version of "facts" as you are.

Yes they have a screw loose. More than one. But they have been brainwashed by 40 years of right wing propaganda telling them that MSM is biased and cannot be believed, and that Democrats are "demons".

They still believe that world leaders respect Donald Trump as a strong leader, even though no nations are willing to negotiate with him. World leaders refused to take his calls to protect shipping in the Straits, and instead issued public statements that they're not going to get drawn into Trump's illegal war.

Top Trump appointed security official has resigned, it's gone pear shaped in a big way.
Wow, that speaks volume - just watch, it won't be long before the magats here attack the man for being a RINO, suffering from TDS, a commie, a lefty in disguise, an antisemite etc etc etc

Look:

“Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.”

Someone (OhPleaseJustQuit ) even flagged your post as "Fake News" that's how utterly stupid these people are!

He was warned about Hormuz and blew it off. Him, Pete and every USMB Republican seemed to think Iran would be easy. Are they idiots? Also

President Donald Trump received “very sobering briefings," including one warning him before he signed off on last month's strikes, that they were likely to result in a more powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

“It wasn’t just predictable,” the source said. “It was predicted. He was told in advance.”
