It would take about 15 seconds for them to ban it again if it were allowed.Name one red state that would ban an interracial marriage with poll numbers to back it up. You can't. You didn't read very far:The Constitutional amendments for abortion being passed in red states do allow for minors to get abortions without the parents' consent, because I have read them. It also allows for abortion at any stage of development, because I have read them.
Should polls determine what rights one has? I'm sure you could have found a poll in the 50's that had the "vast majority of americans" disapproving of interracial marriage.I can show you polls that show that the vast majority of Americans agree with me on both these things, unlike your baseless previous assertions.
Those three products have been legal since the founding of our country. Obviously they should remain legal.

21 states have tried to ban abortion since Dobbs and the courts are blocking these attempts to strip women of that right. Courts protecting our rights is the opposite of "fascism". The Republican laws are unconstitutional and violate women's rights. Not to mention that every state that has put abortion on the ballot, women's rights have WON.

Why does it kill so many? Probably because it is legal and sold directly to the people from state liquor stores. This sends a message that it is safe and Ok to use.
