Joe Biden boxed Xi in militarility with his quad defence Agreement with Japan, Australia and India. He cut the legs out from under the Chinese stranglehold on the semi-conductor market with his "CHIPS Act", and signed a major trade and cooperation agreement with India to cut China's influence in Asia.

Biden's policies have forced Xi to the negotiating table on his terms. Not too shabby for a senile old poopy pants who doesn't know what day it is.
