Since Obama became president, the US government has had to pay about 2 trillion dollars just in interest on the debt accumulated during the administrations of past presidents,

mostly Republicans.

No presidency in history has ever had to pay that kind of bill, and btw, that bill has to be paid before anything else gets done.
