It’s funny that you believe that the average person is in line with the far-left. They aren’t. The problem with the Democratic Party is that the far-left of center is running the show. The average soccer mom, even one that may have voted for Democrats in the past, does not agree with the majority of your party’s policy or rhetoric. Getting snot nosed, idealistic kids, one issue voters(abortion, LGBTQ, etc) and those who do nothing but think about identity politics 24/7 to vote for them is one thing, but average adults that just want a safe place to live, who go to work everyday, support a family, pay taxes, try to save for retirement, etc. have more pressing concerns that the Democrats aren’t addressing.
But here's the problem. Only about 30% of the population is White, Male, and Straight/Cisgendered. It's the angriest, loudest part of the population, screaming every time they lose even the tiniest bit of privilege.
You have got to be kidding. The far-left minority by far and away has the loudest mouths.

Nor do your arguments about merit have any weight when you look at the past as well as current hiring and pay equality statistics. It gets even worse for you when you try arguing about how DEI is unfair when you are a female based on the data showing that white females have benefitted the most from the policy. Then you wonder why you get called racists by people who have studied all the data in order to see if your claims are valid.
