It doesn't prove anything with respect to BO himself. My birth certificate could be fake as well, I have never had it authenticated, and if it is fake, I certainly didn't create it. I am guessing they did not want to hire reputable graphic designers so did it "in house." And that resulted in them neglecting to flatten the layers. When I use Photoshop with Premiere, I often do not flatten the layers myself.
