Since China repeatedly tells the "international community" to go screw themselves on environmental laws, what could possibly be the motivation for California's Governor Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown's visit to China?

Could it be the assurance that there will be plenty of commerce and work coming from California for their 8 million slaves? ...despite what Trump tells them?
