I can explain it. I never enter any bathroom which accommodates both males and females without KNOCKING on the door------Most such places are in private homes and are constructed to accmodate ONE PERSON at a time-----a few (one person at a time) places are located in public places----thus I always KNOCK) I do not like to witness male urination or defecation. Public restrooms for MEN---include urinals which amount OPEN URINATION. Also---public restrooms for females include women doing semiprivate things in the view of other women----like fixing up make up and hair and----undergarments and dealing with issues of menstruation. The idea of
placing ten year old kids in that situation horrifies me

A. centralized govt where the federal level is given more power OVER the States (and this could be abused to push tyranny or oppression of the many by the few)
B. reserving the rights and sovereignty of states and people as the default and only authorizing duties to the federal level that are spelled out EXPRESSLY
in the Constitution (where the fear of too much independence by people and states could lead to anarchy, destruction of the national union, and loss of social order
and national security)

Thus many people and states insisted on a CONDITION that the Bill of Rights would be added later if they were going to ratify
any such Constitution that created a central federal govt.

The battle of federalists and antifederalists has RESURFACED in other forms and conflicts:
where individuals wanted one thing by their own beliefs and it becomes a political battle of wills
"which agenda is going to get pushed by the majority in power through govt to establish as policy"
