First off 38 North had no credibility with me since I never heard of it before. Went so far to see if even it existed before June 1st by doing custom Google search with specific dates between 1/1/200 and 5/31/2018. One of the items that turn up was this....

Not what I wanted or expected to find. Not that I trust Kim, knew we needed to keep a watchful eye but I'll hold out some hope that 38 North is wrong.
