Why should he? Trump was called on to debate his Republican primary opponents repeatedly and he refused because the man is a coward. He knew they'd throw his record of failure (spending, COVID, Fauci, "clot-shot" etc) in his face and beat him over the head with it. Now he demands the same of Biden and his flock cheers him on. The hypocrisy never ends with these people.

Trump had a solid reason not to debate, there was no benefit to be gained.

Biden simply can't afford to debate because there is no benefit to be gained either.
