You obviously never heard of what Biden did with eviction moratoriums. How many ways we we put forth the truth? Joe Biden did not do what Trump, Musk, MAGA are claiming he did. Those seeking a moral equivalence have been pushing false claims. Again.
"The key point here is that Biden didn’t just go and do what the Supreme Court told him he couldn’t. The Supreme Court didn’t say “you can’t provide student loan relief, period.” It said he couldn’t forgive the debt via the method he initially tried. He then tried other, more targeted methods to relieve the burden."
The End
Obviously, you ignore inconvenient facts. You obviously never heard of what Biden did with eviction moratoriums.
SCOTUS struck him down and then he reissued the moratorium.
The end.
And when SCOTUS says you can't do it, you can't. In this case meaning a president can't take unilateral action that requires Congressional action. The power to regulate the flow of money in the US resides with Congress.
Is that not the same argument you leftists are making about USAID and the CFPB?
Lies. This stupid troll posts a link that shows him wrong and then lies about it.
Nope. Enlighten me, Cletus.I
See my thumb?
And you know the rest.
Was that the best argument you could come up with?Obviously, you ignore inconvenient facts.
