Total nonsense. "Allegations" are just that, allegations. When's the last time you were in "a crowded NYC department store?"
"Since the 1970s, at least 28 women have accused Donald Trump of various acts of sexual misconduct, including rape, and kissing and groping without consent; looking under women's skirts; and walking in on naked teenage pageant contestants.
- "The Encounter: Carroll and Trump ran into each other by chance in the store. After a period of 'playful banter,' Trump asked Carroll to help him choose a gift for a woman and eventually suggested she try on a sheer bodysuit.
- The Attack: Inside a dressing room in the lingerie department, Trump slammed the door, pinned Carroll against the wall, and forcibly kissed her. He then pulled down her tights and forcibly penetrated her with his fingers.
- Escape: Carroll testified that she escaped after a struggle that lasted several minutes by kneeing him and running out of the store."
"Trump has denied all of the allegations. He has a history of insulting and belittling women when speaking to the media and on social media, and has made lewd comments about women, disparaged their physical appearance, and referred to them using derogatory epithets."
Most Americans oppose late term abortions, wealth taxes, carbon taxes, but they support the 2A and voter ID.The overwhelming majority of Americans support abortion rights, gun laws, voting rights, the social safety net, anti trust laws on businesses, wealth taxes on corporations and the morbidly rich, renewable energy and global warming initiatives.
Getting rid of the filibuster isn't scary to Liberals at all.
Democrats have had public trials ever since 2016. Where have you been? What are some possible consequences of a blue tsunami breaking in 2026 and cresting in 2028?
Public trials of prominent conservatives from Elon Musk and "Big Balls" to Trump himself would require at least one precursor.
Packing SCOTUS appears to be the key to perpetuating any radical makeover Democrats might implement:
"It's Going To Get Really Serious": Liberal Influencers Discuss Public Trials, Court Expansion After Democratic Takeover | ZeroHedge
"Years ago, Harvard professor Michael Klarman laid out a radical agenda to change the system to guarantee Republicans 'will never win another election.'
"However, he warned that 'the Supreme Court could strike down everything I just described.' Therefore, the court must be packed in advance to allow these changes to occur.
This week, Democratic strategist James Carville laid out the step-by-step process of how the pack-to-power plan would work.
We should all be scared of getting rid of the filibuster.Maybe you should be a little scared. Make that a lot.
How do you know she didn't scream or report the crime?Total nonsense. "Allegations" are just that, allegations.
A "struggle" that lasted several minutes in a dressing room? She never screamed? She never reported the "crime"?

Does this account of Trump's criminal allegations count higher or lower on your personal credibility scale?I work with AI daily. I know what it is. I know how it works. All it does is echo bullshit it reads on the internet. It's as likely to be wrong as anyone.

Can you explain why you believe it's absurd to conclude Donald Trump is a highly effective recruiter for socialism? What an absurd premise.![]()
They have had numerous public trials since 2016 at both the federal level and the state and local levels. Anything to get Trump. Now your side wants to cry because it's being done to them. Cry me a river. I don't give a shit. You started it.Democrats have had public trials since 1828.
But not on the scale currently being threatened:
"It's Going To Get Really Serious": Liberal Influencers Discuss Public Trials, Court Expansion After Democratic Takeover | ZeroHedge
"Former CNN correspondent Jim Acosta spoke with popular podcaster Jennifer Welch, discussing the plans for radical changes after a Democratic takeover this year..."
"Acosta and Welch, however, added a Jacobin touch by demanding trials for a wide range of conservative figures — a call that has been echoed by Democratic members promising impeachments and investigations.
"Welch, who appears to be auditioning for the role of Madame Lafarge, insisted:
"'The blue tsunami means that Congress is going to haul Elon Musk, ‘Big Balls,’ and a bunch of other people’s a– in front and say, ‘What crimes did you commit?’ And it’s going to get really serious. And the same with Trump because I believe, and this is just my opinion, that Trump and all of the bottom-feeding morons surrounding him and Elon Musk and all the bottom feeding clinger-onners that surround him, I think they commit crimes every day.'"
To say nothing of the reality that as soon as the Republicans get back into power, they would simply add justices until they got a majority.Of all of the crazy assed things Democrats talk about doing...packing the court is probably the craziest.
Okay...fine...put 17 justices on the court and you get some rulings in your favor. Then as time goes on, you probably end up with the same dynamics except instead of the power on the court swinging on one or two presidencies...it swings on 4 or 5 to replace not 3-4 but 8-9 justices.
And, oh by the way, there is no guarantee that the judges you install in the “packing” will be dependable left leaning as time goes by.
We should pass a constitutional amendment setting it at 9 justices.
But we should also codify it that the Senate has to confirm/reject someone by floor vote withing 90 days of a vacancy. No more Garland maneuvers.
That too.To say nothing of the reality that as soon as the Republicans get back into power, they would simply add justices until they got a majority.
Well it helped that the blob was actually guilty of all of the charges he had been accused of; the 34 FELONY CONVICITONS were just the first 34.They have had numerous public trials since 2016 at both the federal level and the state and local levels. Anything to get Trump. Now your side wants to cry because it's being done to them. Cry me a river. I don't give a shit. You started it.
Yes, the Biden rule should be in the trash heap of history. That too.
Codify it in the constitution. 9 justices..
Of course it should also be codified that the BS the Senate pulled where they wouldn't even give a nominee a hearing should be outlawed as well. Theoretically, the Senate could deplete the court waiting for all of them to expire if they could sustain such a BS maneuver.
No, E Jean Carroll told me dumbass. How do you know she didn't scream or report the crime?
Did Trump tell you?

E Jean Carroll fires back on why she didn’t scream during alleged Donald Trump rape
‘One of the reasons why women don’t come forward is they are asked ‘why didn’t you scream’. It keeps women silent’www.independent.co.uk
Lies, lies, and more lies.Your link, MAGA:
"During hours of tense cross-examination, Mr Trump’s attorney Joe Tacopina peppered the 79-year-old former Elle advice columnist with questions about an alleged sexual assault in the dressing room of Manhattan department store Bergdorf Goodman in 1996.
"Ms Carroll told how she was filled with adrenaline as she pushed and kicked back against the much larger man during the alleged three-minute encounter.
"'I was in too much of a panic to scream, I was fighting,' she said."
Screaming would not even be relevant if Trump hadn't attempted rape.
Isn't that a great thing!Spare us the whining. Trump packed the court with help from McConnell. Republicans have been holding public trials since Clinton. So stop pretending that Republicans are poor innocent victim. It's time the lying stopped.
