NBC News Video of Police Officer SHOOTING Ashley Babbit on Jan. 6th

It's quite obvious that Byrd never yelled out a warning. We would have heard it. We didn't though...did we! Which means when he later claimed that he did warn Babbitt to get back before shooting her that he's lying through his teeth! So why would he do that, Faun? Why would Byrd tell such an obvious lie?

So all of those videos picked up OTHER sounds but none of them picked up a single law enforcement officer yelling for Babbitt to get back? How exactly can that be?

An officer on the other side of doors.

Still... I showed you video where things were heard but not heard on other video captured literally feet away.

Regardless, the guy standing right next to Ashes Targetpractice said he heard the warnings.

And yet on NONE of those videos do you hear Michael Byrd yell a warning before he shot Ashli Babbitt! Not one! The reason for that is he never did! He stepped out of hiding and shot an unarmed woman protester without warning.
I don’t give a shit if he said anything or not ( witnesses said he did) she could see an officer training a gun on her and still kept coming.

Don’t tell me should couldn’t see it, it was clearly visible in that video

Doubtful she saw him or he saw her.

Even Faun doesn't agree with you, Lesh! He came out of hiding on the left of the door with his gun already extended and shot Babbitt at an angle. People on the left saw the gun and started yelling "Gun!" but it's highly doubtful that Ashli ever saw the coward that shot her without saying a word!

He also said he rushed to pull her back and that doesn't happen in any of the videos! He was there but it's obvious from the videos that what happened and what he remembers are two totally different things. There was no warning before the shot was fired because it would have been heard on the audio. That officer LIED when he said he gave Babbitt a command! He lied because when he saw the videos he knew that he'd killed an unarmed female protester without saying a word and there was ZERO reason for that to happen! Out of all of the law enforcement personnel that were there that day he is the ONLY one that used deadly force and he did so to "protect" an empty hallway leading to the House Chamber that was being cleared of the last few members of Congress as he assassinated Ashli Babbitt!

You're another person who hasn't looked at the videos making an assumption based on what they THINK they know!
Absolutely saw the videos. Absolutely saw that cop pointing his gun at her and she couldn’t have missed that

He was NOT protecting “an empty hallway”.

He was protecting a barricade that was the last line of defense protecting the bulk if not the entirety of Congress from violent rioters who had over run every previous attempt to stop them.

The fact that you feel the need to lie and minimize that makes everything else you say moot

Not only did the military vet more than likely see that gun… you admit that various people were YELLING GUN GUN!

She didn’t care. She fucked around and found out

He never said that, lying con. He said they were trying to pull people back, he didn't specify her; and that is supported by videos as you see that mob backing up when Byrd pulled out his service weapon.

And even he said, "it could have been me but she went in first. It was one of us."

The liar is you. I showed you how words captured on one video were not captured on another AND I showed you the guy standing right next to her heard the warnings.

Defund them. Defund the Federal Police State Apparatus.

You mean the last line of defense OTHER THAN THE DOOR LEADING INTO THE HOUSE CHAMBER? What's really sad is that if he'd simply allowed those protesters to breach that door and then break down the next door all they would have found was an empty chamber! Not only was the "bulk" of the House not in that chamber...the last few were in the process of being escorted out as Byrd fired his shot. That means they would have had to finish breaking through the first door and then break through a second door before gaining access to the House chamber...plenty of time for the last few members to be removed! So Byrd assassinated an unarmed protester for ZERO reason...something that he knows and will have to live with!

False assumption.
I hate to point out the PAINFULLY OBVIOUS, Marener but if a command wasn't loud enough to be heard on ANY of the numerous audio recordings from that day it wasn't spoken loud enough to count for anything! If you whisper "Stop Police" and then shoot a fleeing felon they take away your badge and charge you with manslaughter! Byrd's claim that he issued a command to stop before he opened fire on an unarmed person is nothing more than him trying to save his ass!

So why were NONE of Byrd's words captured on ANY of the audio recordings, Faun? Not a single one. You can hear everything else but amazingly you can't hear him? Maybe his words are "magic words" that don't show up on recordings that record every one else's words?

People on the left side of the door saw the gun, Lesh! It was right in front of them. They were the ones yelling "Gun!" People on the right side of the doors most likely never DID see the gun because it would have been off to their left! You know...like Faun already admitted? Duh?

The fact that he couldn’t be heard over the insane wailing of the mob is not his fault.

What "insane wailing" would that be? Oh, you mean when they started screaming "Gun...Gun...Gun!" as Byrd stepped out and assassinated Babbitt? That's all of a few seconds, Marener. So according to you...Byrd was issuing his "command" about a second before he pulled the trigger? So even if Babbitt had wanted to obey his "magic" command that nobody heard and which didn't show up on any audio recordings from that day...she wouldn't have had time to react...would she?
