Where was this concern when Russia was giving planes and weapons to the Vietcong?

Well, there was some--but Vietnam was recognized as a true proxy war, by all concerned. So, the real question is---is this settling down to a Cold War proxy war?

There was a concern of Russia sending planes, and weapons into Vietnam to prop up the communist north in the fight, just the same as we did in Afghanistan. Now here we are caught up in it again, but what is our interest found in all of this mess currently ??? What's Russia's interest in it all, and who ultimately will be right in the end of this one ??

The Vietnamese lost hundreds of thousands of it's citizen's, and we lost like crazy in that long drawn out war also, so here we are again except we are the supplier's of weapons to Ukraine while Russia fights their battle, and loses thousand's of it's troop's while Ukrainian citizen's are caught in the crossfire just as the Vietnamese were. Russians citizen's have begun to rebell and criticize the war, and feel pain over the innocent that are dying, but will it be enough to slow or stop the effort that was committed to by the war machines ??

Oh and didn't we have some shady dealings in Ukraine while Biden was vice, and his son was over there on the board of an energy company that he had no experience of knowledge in ? Then when Trump asked about it, the democrat's went crazy and impeached him for it ?? Wasn't Russia in a war in Ukraine since 2014, otherwise during the same time Biden was also dealing in Ukraine along with his son being there ??

You better hope that our noses are somewhat clean in all of this, otherwise meaning that everything I mentioned was just propaganda lie's to protect Trump or we are not the one's to be involved in a war between Russia and Ukraine period.

How much is this nation going to ignore in regards to our own problem's while looking outward in order to involve ourselves in other's problem's ??

Better get our porch cleaned before we go messing around on someone else's porch right ? Are we clean in all of this, otherwise this is the big question we need to truthfully ask ourselves in all of this.

The Dutch are sending rocket launchers for air defense. The Estonians are sending Javelin antitank missiles. The Poles and the Latvians are sending Stinger surface-to-air missiles. The Czechs are sending machine guns, sniper rifles, pistols and ammunition.

Even formerly neutral countries like Sweden and Finland are sending weapons. And Germany, long allergic to sending weapons into conflict zones, is sending Stingers as well as other shoulder-launched rockets.
In all, about 20 countries — most members of NATO and the European Union, but not all — are funneling arms into Ukraine to fight off Russian invaders and arm an insurgency, if the war comes to that.
At the same time, NATO is moving military equipment and as many as 22,000 more troops into member states bordering Russia and Belarus, to reassure them and enhance deterrence.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine has brought European countries together as never before, minds concentrated by the larger threat to European security presented by the Russia of President Vladimir V. Putin.

Putin alone chose this course of action. The free world will not accept this. Russia has already been diminished badly by this. I doubt Putin would have the support required for a larger action.

Sure..but you do realize that this is enough to get the Ukraine into more trouble..but not even close enough to get Putin to back off? the tougher the resistance...the more Putin dips into his warbag~

Russia has already pulled everything back to the Donbas after being absolutely mauled by the Ukrainians elsewhere.

I said this early on............that their intent is to take the Sea Ports and control all of the Black Sea..........This will cut off Ukraine from any access to the Black Sea in the future.........

Trump brought that on himself. Hell with that has been. Let him try to be a kingmaker for the kook squad the killed the Republican Party.
We are doing it right, so far, but the situation could get more fluid quickly, depending on how stupid Putin wants to get. Looks like Ukraine, not going so well, so turning he is his eye on Moldova.
You looking for big improvement on the domestic side from Joe? I'm not. How bout the southern border? Nope. They don't have a clue. I think we are seeing what we are going to see, until after the election(s).
At least his actions on Ukraine have been spot on, so far. One out of half a dozen is better than none out of half a dozen. So go, Joe. As for the rest, I have pretty much lost optimistic expectations.
