Instead I bought a 5ft Live Austrian Pine that I'll plant after the thaw this spring.

I'm sad that I have to use an artificial tree. When my daughters were young, I'd take them out to get a real tree every Christmas, even though I'm allergic to pine lol. It got worse every year, until I finally had to stop with the live trees...
