Without the ultra rich, my 401K would be worth like a buck and some change. Musk isn't really wrong in the grand scheme of things if he actually said that, but the reality is the government made them that way in the name of public welfare, safety, and who knows how many other things that kept me from selling our kids to the carnival when they hit puberty or keeps me from keeping a herd of water buffalo to milk and eat in the back yard.
