An epidemic of "Trump 2016" chalkings is apparently sweeping our nation's campuses, creating panic among sensitive university students who can't get to their safe spaces fast enough to avoid being traumatized, according to Mediaite.
First it was Emory University, then Scripps, and now the University of Kansas, where more chalkings in support of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump have mysteriously and anonymously appeared.
Shegufta Huma, vice president of the University Senate, was the first to complain and publicize the chalkings. “Is this the post-racial paradise folks pretend exists?” she tweeted.
...
Um, correct, it's not actually harming anyone, though it is wreaking psychological havoc among student snowflakes who consider differing political opinions to be violent assaults. But apparently the chalkings have since been erased, not because of the message but because the chalker did not go through the proper channels for approval beforehand.
Crisis narrowly averted.
