Sullivan could be sanctioned for filing a frivolous appeal too. The ruling is 38 pages long backed up by hundreds of memos in great detail exactly how Flynn's case was fabricated.

He SHOULD be sanctioned.

If he refuses to abide by the writ of mandamus, he should be disbarred. He was also ordered to vacate his order for a amici, if he goes ahead with his dog and pony show, he may find himself in contempt.

There were hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence presented, he knows there was no predicate to investigate Flynn to begin with. And new documents that came out today shows it all started in a Jan 5th, 2017 meeting with maobama and Biden.

I doubt Sullivan will appeal. This isn’t his fight. I think the next step is Congress sending subpoenas to everyone involved.

Except it wasn't coerced. He was represented by competent lawyers who got a lot of other charges dismissed if he plead guilty to the thing they had him dead to rights on.
