We are s nation that protects innocent human life

Even some heathens support that

Meaning its not a strictly religious issue

Following the same principle of protecting innocent human life, just like the mother must carry to term regardless of her means, the child must have access to healthcare regardless of its means.

What is the sense of healthcare being more expensive than it would be if handled like firefighting, defense, police, etc.?

Children do receive healthcare along with adults on medicaid

its not my idea, but the people have freely chosen it so I have to go along

I think private healthcare through charity is the proper way to care for poor people

I was told by the MAGAs that all life was sacred. Denying medical care can end that life. Therefor a true MAGA who is against abortion must be for healtchare for everyone.
why do you lie??

the phrase is all innocent life has value,,

providing for ones personal needs falls on the individual not society,,

and why are you holding others to their principles when you have none??

then being able to pay the rent is a human right. Where do you draw the line.

1.So MAGAs don't believe all human life is sacred?
not everyone who is conservative is religious. Nor is everyone who is MAGA.
It sucks I can't find a party that fits me a conservative who believe in only spending what you make.
I am Agnostic.
And although I find the lgbtq's disgusting I believe they have the same rights as I.
Abortion, not sure I like killing a human life who has done no wrong except simply existing. I think 16 weeks is a good compromise for two sides with their hard headed selves.

A nation that can so easily provide such a necessity to its people, as so many other civilized nations do, and refuses to do it for questionable ideological reasons betrays any claims to superiority.

they have access to free emergency services.
when you say affordable how low does the price have to be to be called affordable. most major antivirals are provided at cost or even free with a prescription from Publix.

Yeah, go visit some of those emergency rooms and local charity hospitals. most counties don't have them, just regional and urban centers, and long lines. Try getting an appointment with a specialist; you'll be sitting on the floor of a hallway filled with people waiting, sometimes for weeks. I've been doing Meals On Wheels and other volunteer work for years, see this all the time. The myth that the U.S. has all kinds of free shit for the poor is just propaganda nonsense. Even Medicare is unaffordable for many. No, it isn't 'free', you start paying for it out of your wages right off the bat, and when you reach 65 you have to pay for it until you draw Social Security and then you pay monthly premiums deducted form your Social Security, and it isn't dirt chap.

Without Medicare looting most of these big private HMOs and their hospitals and most doctors would go broke. As it is now they treat Medicare as if it is their own personal piggy bank and feel entitled to steal it blind.

Just because something may be the 'right' thing to do doesn't necessarily mean it's "leftist". Collective defense is not a matter of ideology. Defending health and the common good is the same.

Medical cover per country -

Here in the UK, a good chunk of the money the NHS receives is from the government, taxation. On average US healthcare is $1,000 per mile nth, UK £500 per month. Depending on the treatment, there maybe a waiting list but we can speed up any part of it by paying some of the steps, and it's not a lot. Or just have fast full cover and just pay for private health insurance through the likes of BUPA.

I think in Germany, it's compulsory to pay for a private health insurance, I'm not sure on the details.

All the wording in your op was gobbly kook to me, we just go to doctors and hospitals.

I'm one of those assholes who scrutinize my bills, whether I'm out of pocket for anything or not, and I'm not the least bashful about reporting fake charges and fraudulent claims anyway. A lot of people don't bother, then whine when the costs go up.

They know chances are you don't give a crap what they charge Medicare, so yeah, we're all popular.

So, you have had your healthcare provided for free for most of your life, and that was good for you, but you do not think others should have such a thing.
VA medical care is not free. It was paid for by the contract that the veteran signed on enlistment. But you know that. Are you now going to claim that you're not a communist infiltrator?
