Leadership

Who ever you look to for validation and acceptance usually determines how you go about accepting a leader.

The most important validation should be your own, as long as it's an honest.

Never trust anyone who claims to live their live to serve you. You will end up being served up.

“There is a difference between being a leader and being a boss. Both are based on authority. A boss demands blind obedience; a leader earns his authority through understanding and trust.” ~ Klaus Balkenhol

“When the leader lacks confidence, the followers lack commitment.” ~ John C. Maxwell

A cowardly leader is the most dangerous of men. ~ Stephen King

“You do not lead by hitting people over the head – that’s assault, not leadership.” ~ Dwight D. Eisenhower

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” ~ John Maxwell

“When you were made a leader you weren’t given a crown, you were given the responsibility to bring out the best in others.” ~ Jack Welch

Well plagairised.

I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me — just as the Father knows me and I know the Father — and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life — only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father” (John 10:11-18).
All who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.

I believe that is only legal in New Zealand.

I don't know how a country this divided can be "led" -- and I guess we all have our own definition of the word -- by one person.

What does that mean for a country? Can't say for sure, but early results aren't promising. Those who would like to see us split up are winning, for sure.

Democrats started the shit, not accepting Trump, for 4-fucking years it was nit-pick, lie, spin, 93% negative press, nothing but venom.
Then the 2020 election came and old Joe got "elected".
He is a proven disaster, and catastrophe, and deserves all of the venom being spewed at him.
The voters fucked-up royally, and now we need to minimize the damage, so whatever the dems want to do, the answer is NO!!

It's always the other tribe's fault.

True but again your validation really isn't just your own. (Think "you didn't build that") Its a hodgepodge of those you respect, admire, etc. There is a reason people get loopy in isolation. Humans are meant to receive input and examples from sources other than their own brain to form ideas and philosophies.
