Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

It is clear the prosecutor is trying to get a mistrial so the case will not go to jury.

He is trying to pin it on the judge.

What a shitshow. Prosecutor Thomas Binger should be disbarred. Absolutely insane to abuse Kyle’s 5th amendment rights.

It was intentional.

WHERE THE FUCK IS THE ACLU?

he's saying kyle should have died just died because he didn't have the right to defend himself. This is where Ray moved as a demofk.
Well we disagree then. I think he did have the right to defend himself. Clearly looks like self-defense to me.

You have evidence of that? It seems it was violent before he even got there. I might be wrong but I've seen nothing that tells me otherwise.

Rittenhouse said it himself in his testimony. There was no violence. It wasn't like the previous nights. Just a couple of dumpster fires. Things were so boring, that he went out looking for "people to help" with his friend - and his gun. When the danger to the place he was "protecting" was over, he went elsewhere to find the trouble.

I don't know that Kyle will get out of this. The left has threatened his life, his family, THE JURORS, THE JUDGE. Is fear of the violent left going to determine the outcome of this trial again. Well. It's a lose lose situation. The left looks bad. Their lies are being exposed left and right. From the violent summer of love in the Northwest, everything in between starting 2015 with the harassment and surveillance of a PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE...to political lies to destroy their opposition all the way down to the lie about his young man. AMerica hates you and they'll hate you more when you destroy this young man. YOU. cannot win.

The Left hates self-defense with guns and they have no problem using mob justice and violence if they don’t get their way. Keep it up. Gun sales will spike..

i never saw any testimony from any witness where kyle provoked anyone. Ever in that night from all video. Shit McGinniss followed him. He didn't say that. No one. So someone should explain the reason why rosenbaum and Zilinski felt the need to attack kyle.

I just got off the phone with one of my best friends who is a trial attorney. He said the prosecutor is intentionally trying to get a mistrial.

Binger using the 5th amendment AGAINST Kyle is not something a prosecutor does accidentally. It was on purpose to get a mistrial. Binger does not want this to go to jury.

I don’t think he provoked anyone either.

Looks like he's innocent of charges. However, imo, it's stupid to go looking for trouble.
hey, I'm not going to say he wasn't stupid. But being stupid and murderer are two separate things. It is obvious from his jobs and testimony presented he liked to help people. Grayslake, Antioch fire departments, life guarding, scrubbing the school. It seems his character is built very well. Being stupid is inherent in kids.

Curious, if the government had acted in its capacity to prevent this riot, Rittenhouse (foolishly or otherwise) would not have been compelled to go out there that night.

Who was there to restore order to the rest of the city?

My brother and a few of our friends are attorneys, and have the same impression.
Makes sense as the prosecutor knows he lost.

Why doesnt the judge throw out the charges due to lack of evidence. Would save the jury from being harrassed later. Everyone kniws theyll get tsrgetted
