Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

When his mom drove him to an illegal gathering with his gun did she pack a snack for the POS?

He never bought a gun he wasn't allowed to own. In our country you need a federal background check to purchase a weapon which he never would have passed. He borrowed that AR from his friend, who is now in very serious trouble with the law. You don't give your guns to anybody, especially people you know are entering a situation like that where they will likely use and kill somebody with them.

His breakdown was genuine. I seen zero evidence he was faking it at all. He broke down because his video game world met his actual life. He didn't think it would be this way. He thought it would be like his video games where you shoot these bad guys and embellished as a hero of the game. But my father served in the Korean war. He won't ever talk about killing anybody. The one time he opened up a little, he told me killing another human being is not like you see on television, Bang! Ow! When you kill another person it's a feeling you've never felt before; a feeling you wish you never knew.

I understand what you're saying. My oldest brother, who participated in the D-Day Invasion, would never talk about it either.

I watched Kyle's face the entire time. He was screwing it up trying to force the tears. It was a stone cold act, and a plea for sympathy. He certainly had no problem describing the other two shootings, or saying the first guy "ambushed" him . The defiant kid who kept repeating over and over "I did what I had to do to defend myself" is who he is.

This kid is a thug. His eyes are cold and without feeling. His driving without a license is very telling of his respect for the law. His behaviour, demeanor and whole attitude, while typical for a kid his age, is precisely the reason why possession of semi-automatic weapons is illegal. And he was flouting that law as well.

He came across as very well coached, but his even his descriptions of his actions that night - pointing his gun at a gun who was setting a dumpster fire or something similar, and basically threatening protestors with it, shows he was the aggressor at all times.

The protestors were the "good guys" trying to take out the "bad guy with the gun", who should not have been there, and most definitely should not have been armed.

Why does insulting Rittenhouse make you feel better?

The whole family enabled this lying little shit in his Call of Duty fueled fantasies. He's lucky the video of him beating up and punching a girl was inadmissable, as was his bold talk of wanting to shoot looters in the drug store.

He hasn't yet.
I doubt the judge will grant a mistrial, at this point the only person to benefit from a mistrial is the prosecutor. I think the judge will let the trial play out, but if the jury responds to the prosecutor’s misconduct and returns a guilty verdict, the judge will override it and direct that a not guilty verdict be rendered. I think the judge wants the prosecutor punished for his insolence and unethical conduct and letting him lose the case is just the start of punishing the prosecutor.

hmm, which one

Lock him up and throw away the key?

Didn't he want to defund the prison system a year ago?

"Others pointed out a tweet from Jeffries in 2020 where he called for the end of mass incarceration and the defunding of the "prison industrial complex" but now is calling for Rittenhouse to be jailed forever during a trial."

Why, yes he did.

Just so we are clear here about " respect for the law"

Rosenbaum - released from jail/mental ward. Shouts "shoot me nigga" and "if I catch you alone I'm gonna kill you at Kyle. Chases him and gets what he deserves. Later found out he was on WI sex offender registry for abusing kids

Huber - Felony domestic abuse chased and attacked Kyle with a skateboard

Gayge - Pulls " illegally carried and concealed" pistol on a kid and aims at his head. Has had a few DUIs since this incident dismissed by the DA. Wants to sue for 10 million

And these are the people you consider as having respect for the law?

LOL

Lefties making fun of this young man losing his composure during his testimony are vile soulless ghouls.

You are so brainwashed, you want an innocent young man to be punished as though he had planned a mass shooting like in Vegas or Aurora because you hate Trump.

Fucked in the head.

Isnt it time to change your paradigm after seeing how the media and the left wing politicans have been lying to you for over a year about this case?

You dumb fucks should have woken up after the Mueller report.

You are like battered wives.
Who's making fun of him??

So the people rioting and burning buildings and destroying both public and private property were the good guys in your opinion. Hmmmm that explains a lot. At this point, the legal protestors had gone home to conform with the legally declared curfew. Plus we know for a fact that at least one of your good guys was illegally carrying a concealed pistol and at least one other illegally discharged a pistol during the initial confrontation. You can’t lie about either fact because both are on video from multiple sources,

nicely done.

I don't buy that. True he doesn't look very stable, but it's common sense that you don't go into a violent situation like that even if he didn't have the training to understand he had no right to shoot and kill those people.
You lost me here. I think he DID have the right to shoot and kill those people.

Of course he was acting, here he is checking to see if the jury is buying it...

The prosecutor gains nothing if the judge dismisses the case with prejudice.

he's saying kyle should have died just died because he didn't have the right to defend himself. This is where Ray moved as a demofk.

Like I said I posted the laws in Wisconsin explained by two legal firms. I'll post them again when I get back home as I'm leaving in a few minutes. As I stated repeatedly, you are covered under self-defense with a deadly weapon "IF" you did everything possible to remove yourself from a situation you'd likely have to use that weapon. He did the opposite. He deliberately took a weapon into a situation where he knew he'd likely have to use it.
you give me Kyle's option outside what he used.
