Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

Right. But at the same time there are those here who say Rittenhouse committed straight up murder and should be locked away for life.

The way I see it, the rioting, looting and arson had been going on almost nonstop for a year and for the most part, authorities sat back and watched. Many people like Rittenhouse, myself, a lot of conservatives and generally those who are for law and order were sick and tired of it. We were sick and tired of the arrogance of these people who blatantly flouted the law because they thought they were justified in looting and burning by virtue of their righteous indignation and the politicians and authorities giving them free rein.

As tragic as it was for all involved, something like this was inevitable.
for doing what exactly did he do that is murder? where did he provoke a threatening act? Unless they post that piece of video, then they have a point toward murder. I'll wait.

So I have to laugh, the prosecutor agitator said with a straight face, to the witness Black, the time from the fourth shot of Rosenbaum to the time when the first person comes up from behind and hits the defendant in the head. seriously, I can't believe he said that out loud without some sort of remorse. wow.

I'm not one of those calling it murder, I'm just pointing out that many here do. I happen to think it was justified self defense.

Seeing the video of him cry on the witness stand, I think you can really see just how young he is mentally.

That wasn’t an adult cry, that was a little kid cry. And it seems like he may have PTSD.

According to this prosecutor, when you exercise your 5th amendment rights as given to citizens via the BILL OF RIGHTS in the CONSTITUTION......YOU ARE ADMITTING GUILT!!

Lefties, we know you agree.

Because this murdering swine deserves all the insults people give him while repubs give him praise
Rittenhouse didn't murder anyone. Now if he had fired indiscriminately into the crowd and killed someone he might have been guilty of murder. He only shot at people who were clear and immediate threats to his life and health.

No, don’t agree at all.

Rittenhouse is not a lone wolf mass shooter triggered by Trump's rhetoric.

The media LIED...but lefties cannot distinguish between fiction and relaity because they are blind sheep.

EVEN MSNBC IS ADMITTING THE CASE IS LOST FOR THE PROSECUTION. YOUR OWN FUCKING GODS.

I don't think he's guilty of murder. I said repeatedly manslaughter since he didn't travel to another state with the full intention of killing people. But since he did know without a doubt he would likely be putting himself at high risk of using that gun, then manslaughter would be the appropriate verdict.

I disagree completely. He should walk 100%.

He did not violate any laws by lawfully possessing a rifle. The gun he used in the shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was "purchased, stored and used in Wisconsin," the Lake County Illinois State's Attorney's Office said.

The gun did not cross state lines.

you give me Kyle's option outside what he used.

When he seen trouble going on, he addressed it instead of moving away from it as the law requires in order to use deadly force as a self-defense claim.

You too can suck a bag of dicks.
LOL

I'll defer to to your expertise. Meanwhile, your insults don't make you any smarter. There's still no such just as a jury finding a defendant innocent.

So where did he buy a gun from illegally? You cannot legally purchase a firearm in the US until you are the age of 18. He borrowed that gun from a friend. Regardless where the gun came from, he was in public with it as a minor which is also against the law. I posted that law yesterday.

Kyle successfully disarmed this attacker...who pointed a handgun at Kyle while confronting Kyle.

GET IT....DISARMED...:scared1:

hmmm, you okay? He saw Rosenbaum and Ziminsky and ran. fking all sorts of video show that. He even attempted to deter rosenbaum from chasing him by showing his weapon. The threat followed. Do you agree Rosenbaum chasing him was a threat, right?

i never saw any testimony from any witness where kyle provoked anyone. Ever in that night from all video. Shit McGinniss followed him. He didn't say that. No one. So someone should explain the reason why rosenbaum and Zilinski felt the need to attack kyle.
Then you must've missed Rittenhouse's testimony. He admitted pointing his gun at Rosenbaum.

Of course it was, and he deliberately put himself in that position where an attack was likely.
