I never even heard of him/her. But the blow up was obviously a ruse to keep the attention and cameras all on him-her rather than give Rubio any time to actually talk. Democrats are really terrified in letting anyone not of their ilk actually speak and have a chance to make poignant questions or remark that conflicts with their agenda.
