keys to the kingdom

So now you're claiming that the thousands who put their lives on the line and suffered horrendous persecution did so knowing full well that what they were preaching and dying for was a lie. You go with that.
No, they didn't know they were believing a lie. They were beguiled, brainwashed.

And yes, Christians have been perpetuating a lie and suffering for it in the same exact manner that Jesus meant by saying THE WAY Jewish people had been following the Law, a thousand year tradition, was wrong. And the suffering and persecutions were the fulfillment of the many maledictions promised by Moses for the people setting aside THE WAY he taught to follow The Law and taking to degrading practices condemned by God.

Now thats a historical fact.

No, they didn't know they were believing a lie. They were beguiled, brainwashed.
Then explain when and why Jesus was first worshipped as God. You can't.

If that were true you wouldn't need to change the narrative of the NT. If this were true, you would be making a conspiracy argument. That the NT does say Jesus is God and that it was a conspiracy. But you aren't making that argument. You are arguing the NT isn't claiming Jesus is God. You are shooting yourself in your own foot.

Wrong. Jesus corrected their belief that it's not about rule following,
Jesus taught and demonstrated the only right way to follow :th_avatar107484_8:that fulfills the promise of abundant blessings and eternal life in the sanctuary of God on earth now not after biological death making the Talmud Jesus called "the traditions of men" obsolete.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands, and teaches others to do the same, will be called LEAST in the kingdom of heaven."
'

To understand what Jesus meant by saying LEAST, see Genesis 3:14. Have a nice day!

Then explain when and why Jesus was first worshipped as God. You can't.
Sure I can.

When doesn't matter. Why? Some creatures are unclean because they do not ruminate.

In other words some swallow any type of specious garbage discarded by thinking people without thinking about it at all. And in other other words, some people are not too swift.

Does that help?

Jesus literally summarized all laws as loving God and your neighbor. So, no, your word salad is sophistry.

When are you going to stop taking quotes out of context?

Jesus summarized all the laws of the Old Testament into two interconnected commands, known as the Greatest Commandments: [1, 2, 3]
  1. Love God: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind" (from Deuteronomy 6:5).
  2. Love Others: "Love your neighbor as yourself" (from Leviticus 19:18). [1, 2, 3, 4]
Jesus emphasized that "all the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commandments". He also provided the Golden Rule as a practical application of this summary: "Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you". [1, 2, 3]

Sure I can.

When doesn't matter.
When does matter. The NT says it happened immediately after Jesus rose from the dead. For you to argue when doesn't matter is idiotic. I can only assume that your sophistry can't explain when because it wouldn't make sense.
Why? Some creatures are unclean because they do not ruminate.
That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.
In other words some people swallow any type of specious garbage without thinking about it at all. And in other other words, some people are not too swift.
So you are arguing the NT is based on lies? OMG, you are totally arguing against yourself now. You need to pick a lane.
Does that help?
Nope. It doesn't address the three questions at all. It was a total dodge.

Why was Jesus worshipped as God?
When was Jesus first worshipped as God?
Why was the NT written as the historical record of Jesus is God?

Wrong. Jesus publicly exposed the "religious authorities" as actors and lying frauds ripping off people and causing unspeakable suffering for the Jewish laity being fleeced to support the corruption of Temple worship, imposters worship who didn't understand the meaning of the words or the subjects of the law about which they were so sanctimoniously dogmatic, just so they could lead smooth easy lives while everyone else suffered.

That was enough for them to want him discredited cancelled or better yet killed.
Yet they only picked up stones when He claimed to be God.
According to Jesus everyone has the power to forgive. Its stated right in the Bible so I believe. Yuk yuk.

You are a bad joke.
Not to forgive sin that was not against the person, they don't. Tell you what, quote that portion of Scripture and don't include your inevitable commentary that it doesn't mean what it says.

Jesus literally summarized all laws as loving God and your neighbor. So, no, your word salad is sophistry.
Jesus said that the Law will remain in full force for as long as heaven and earth endue.

You are a clueless inept low life scumbag con artist liar and a murderer in the same way that Jesus meant by saying "Satan was a murderer from the beginning." (of the fairy tale).

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. And here is where you admit you think you know better than the original disciples who walked, talked and ate with Jesus.

Jesus said that the Law will remain in full force for as long as heaven and earth endue.
I guess homo's are breaking the law then, right?

You would be much better off arguing that the OT was men seeking God instead of God telling you not to have anal sex with other men.
You are a liar and a murderer in the same way Jesus meant by saying "Satan was a murderer from the beginning." (of the fairy tale).
That's exactly what Satan would argue. He doesn't have a good answer to these questions either.

You already said this. See my response here.

Before Jesus was born I AM.
And there is your delusion of grandeur. You are attempting to elevate yourself above Jesus Himself, even knowing how that worked out for God's enemy.

See, I know that Jesus was elevating Himself above Abraham with that statement. He was elevating Himself to equality with God, something that caused the Jews around Him to try to kill Him.

Pft.

I don't know how anyone reading the New Testament can conclude anything other than Jesus claiming to be God.
I don't know how anyone reading the New Testament can conclude anything other than his apostles believed Jesus is God.

LIsten up. The NT was written by unknown Jewish authors who watched the destruction of Judea, the Temple, their way of life, and the enslavement, exile, and the ruthless slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent Jewish men women and children.

THE NEW TESTAMENT WAS THE FIRST CENTURY JEWISH EQUIVALENT OF THE NUCLEAR OPTION.

Your timeline is off by decades. Christianity began immediately after Jesus rose from the dead.

The first Christian communities appeared 50 days after Jesus rose from the dead, on the Jewish festival of Pentecost. At this time, the term "church" referred to the gathered assembly of believers rather than a physical building. [1, 2, 3]
The origins of these groups unfolded in rapid stages:
  • Pentecost (c. 33 AD): Following Jesus' ascension, the Apostles and about 120 followers were gathered in Jerusalem. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost empowered the Apostle Peter to preach, leading to thousands of conversions and the establishment of the first church in Jerusalem. [1, 2]
  • House Churches: Because early Christians were a persecuted minority within Judaism and the Roman Empire, they did not build dedicated places of worship for roughly the first 200 years. Instead, they met in private homes for fellowship, scripture reading, and communion. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
  • Geographic Spread: These early gatherings spread rapidly across the Mediterranean. Within the first few decades, congregations were established in key urban centers like Antioch (where the term "Christian" was first coined), Corinth, Ephesus, and eventually Rome. [1, 2, 3]

Christianity began immediately after Jesus rose from the dead.
Jesus said he came to bring a sword to SMITE, curse, the nations so that all people of every nation will come to embrace eternal life as he lifts the curse when he returned.

That is the mystery of faith revealed. Remember? Christ has died, Christ has risen, Christ will come again,,,, to judge the living and the dead.

And the way things are going so far, the dead, like you, are not making the grade. Failing.

I bet you are the only person in the world who interprets Jesus as smiting and and cursing nations. Talk about sophistry.
