keys to the kingdom

He fulfilled messianic expectations. He led people to the sanctuary of God. He opened the eyes of the blind, healed the paralyzed, raised the dead and slaughtered "the nations" with the sword. Piles of unburied corpses litter the landscape. Can't you smell that putrid smell?
How do you explain the gospels?

He fulfilled messianic expectations. He led people to the sanctuary of God.
Judaism does not believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the Messiah. Jewish tradition holds that the Messiah must fulfill specific prophecies from the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh)—such as building the Third Temple, ingathering all Jews to Israel, and establishing world peace—which were not accomplished during Jesus' lifetime. [1, 2, 3]

Key Reasons for Rejection:
  • Unfulfilled Prophecies: The Messiah is expected to be a mortal political and military leader who brings universal peace and knowledge of God, rather than a divine figure or someone who dies for sins.
  • Different Theological Foundations: Judaism maintains a strict monotheism and does not accept the divinity of Jesus, regarding the worship of a person as a form of idolatry.
    • Lineage Requirement: The Messiah must be a paternal descendant of King David and King Solomon, and traditional Jewish belief does not accept the New Testament genealogy. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

While some individuals might view Jesus as a historical teacher, he is not considered a prophet or the Messiah in Judaism. [1]

The story of Jesus was from the beginning a story only half told which was to be completed in what's once a distance future after all the things he predicted happened and were fulfilled.

As Jesus said, "this generation (the generation of error) would persist to see it all", and it has. The destruction of the temple, the diaspora, unrelenting persecution, and the ingathering etc.

So what.

Based on what Christians claim, I don't believe in your fake mangod, the Antichrist either.
It's not what Christians claimed. It's what Jesus claimed. Jesus claimed to be more than the messiah and behaved as if he were more than the messiah. Jesus taught that the messiah would be a suffering servant as foretold in Isaiah 53:1-12. Jesus acknowledged being a king, but redefined this role as a spiritual, non-political, and heavenly sovereignty rather than a conventional earthly monarchy. Jesus affirmed a role greater than David.

Jesus answered, “My kingdom does not belong to this world. If my kingdom did belong to this world, my attendants [would] be fighting to keep me from being handed over to the Jews. But as it is, my kingdom is not here.”

That's amazing for just an ordinary old Jewish man. You're delusions are so jacked up it's not funny. He was a rebel. He was working for God. He cursed nations. That's some story you got there. What's next Eliza on ice?

Jesus was an ordinary Jewish man chosen by God to do what no other man in heaven, on the earth, or under the earth could ever do by conveying the only right way to understand and comply with Divine Law that fulfills the promise of abundant blessings and eternal life in the sanctuary of God on earth that was lost to time for 1000 years since the death of Moses.

And God told Jesus this?

Did God tell you this too?

And God told Jesus this?
Yes but only according to Jesus "I have done what no other man [but the messiah] could do" Paraphrased, "Don't believe me because I said so, believe me because I already did it." duh

Did God tell you this too?
Yes, and he also told me that people who were expecting for the Messiah to build a temple when the temple was still standing made Jesus' claim to be the Messiah seem to be at best the hubris of a disturbed man if not a false prophet. The truth is that what they base that expectation for the Messiah to build a temple, the term "Sanctuary of God", cannot be made by human hands anymore than Divine providence can be made by human hands. By teaching the only right way to understand and comply with the Law that fulfills the promise of abundant blessings and eternal life in the sanctuary of God here and now on earth Jesus lead people to the sanctuary of God and fulfilled Messianic expectations to this day for all those who accept his teaching, eat his flesh, and act on the revelation, drink his blood. Do it.

Life is in the blood. In the doing.

So after you die you will go to heaven, Magic Man?

I don't worship a book. I worship God.

You are quite angry and rude.

the truth hurts those who are religious who then find their way - not those who have their own agendas, never see the truth and try to force their beliefs onto others ... nothing new for the desert dwellers.

God told Jesus to curse nations and lead a rebellion and hide hidden messages?
Yes, according to the Gospels that you profess to believe is the very Word of God.
God told you that he told Jesus to curse nations
Yes, when I read a verse like Jeremiah 25:15 stating that God was going to send through "the nations" a curse under the appearance of a cup of wine, identified as a sword, that when drunk "they will vomit and go mad" God opened my mind to see the connection to Jesus saying that he did not come to bring peace but a sword not to mention Revelation 19:15 that clearly states that the sword that came out of his mouth was to SMITE the nations.

Shedding light on the misunderstood verse,

"He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who lives by the sword shall die by the sword."

and lead a rebellion
Jesus said that he was not a king (king was a bad translation of the word Messiah) who came to bear witness to the truth, a truth that will set people free from the bondage of demonic forces.

So its not so much a rebellion anymore than becoming living being is a rebellion against being as dead as a corpse without the Ankh, the breath of life. Its becoming a new creature.

and hide hidden messages?
"The kingdom of Heaven is like hidden treasure lying buried in a field. The man who found it (Jesus) BURIED IT AGAIN."
'
'I will give you treasures hidden in dark vaults, stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel who summons you by name."

"Time was when many were aghast at you, my people, so now many nations recoil at sight of him, and kings curl their lips in disgust; for they see what they had never been told and things unheard before fill their thoughts."

Hidden messages like Adam and Steve? Or Jesus saying eunuchs shouldn't marry?
