keys to the kingdom

Are you in a habit of taking scripture out of context.
I am in the habit of studying the Law and the Prophets, the only books that Jesus had for reading material, to find the references he made to understand what he was talking about.

Is that bad?

Satan used scripture too.

What you are intending for evil, God is using for good. Do you know what that is from?

Have you asked google why the first commandment was needed?
I don't need artificial intelligence to understand the reasons why the first commandment is still needed, try to think how vile and degrading it is to seek spiritual life from bread?

What death is that if not the death for defying Divine Law. So what if Jesus did. When will you?
I think you may have missed class the day Jesus spoke of proclaiming the good news. I can't take you seriously, hobelin; in fact, I can take you at all. You know nothing of the good news and nothing of love, grace, or blessings. I am perplexed by the way you are living, you seem to have no peace. I am at peace with the Way of Jesus, his footsteps in which I am following.

Let me help you then. The first commandment was needed to establish exclusive loyalty to Yahweh, breaking the Israelites from the polytheistic habits of Egypt and separating them from neighboring pagan cultures. It served as the foundation for the entire law, ensuring that worship was directed solely to the Creator rather than idols, and it reoriented lives from selfish idolatry toward divine devotion.

No. I mean how the traditions of the first Christians did. I'm not a protestant. I lean heavily on Tradition.

that's why you worship the 4th century christian bible - after the neo-nazi crucifiers were able to write their bible w/ their and bing's objectives than jesus and his followers of the original religion of antiquity, their goal of liberation theology, self determination - than stone throwing jews like you.

No, the Law, including the first commandment, was given as "a light to the nations", all people, as instruction on how to remain sane and avoid the insanity of the vile and degrading practice of seeking spiritual life by worshipping and bowing down to anything made by human hands that is not God including bread baked on human dung, an imaginary trinity.

No, I heard it loud and clear. God is not a capricious and puerile petty tyrant obsessed with diet, fashion, and the sexual preferences of consenting adult bipeds like some lecherous old fart freeing all the prisoners in hells keeping who choose life over dearth, sanity over insanity.

Thank you Jesus!

What do you think the good news is? If I throw Jesus under the bus celebrate his torture and death then solemnly eat him I won't have to pay the penalty for my sins? Very tempting but I'll take a hard pass on that. I would never let an innocent man pay the penalty for my sins.

Even if its just a symbolic ritual, show, or the Actual figment of an unrestrained imagination.

But thats just me.

Is that bad?

They were a bunch of pagans who couldn't stop being pagans. That's why it's the first commandment.

That's an amazing conspiracy theory you have there.

I don't worship a book. I worship God.

You are quite angry and rude.

Thats what they all say. If you were amazed by that wait till I show you whats under the hood.

But :::::⚠️::::: It might traumatize you for the rest of your life.

You believe in magic.
Yes I do. What the ancients called "the magical arts", sorcery, is what is now well known as brainwashing or mind control. You are the perfect example of a person possessed by many devils. Brainwashed into doing what God promises results in death for spiritual life. Hello?

I don't even know what you are imagining, let alone talking about. And I'm not going to follow you down that rabbit hole you have clearly dug for yourself. The Way is my walk of life.

You throw Jesus under the bus when you diminish his sacrifice.

You throw Jesus under the bus when you dismiss the miracles he performed.

You throw Jesus under the bus when you deny his resurrection.
