Keeping Trump off the ballot disenfranchises NO ONE

And again most of the bullshit against trump has been created and pushed by the democrats and the democrat controlled media Nancy calls it the wrapup smear
I don't give a shit what the Democrats are pushing. Are you seriously saying he'll make a good President? If you are, it's really, really hard to take your comments seriously.

You're hearing it from democrats, but they didn't create it. Trump did that ALL-L-L-L-L by himself.

Is that how I've managed to debate the whole ******* lot of you for 18 pages so far?
You’ve said nothing of substance in those 18 pages. You’re a dip-shit.

Trump was created and pushed by Democrats and the Democrat controlled media.

He was the worst. See my sig.
Let's see the economy was booming
Peace treaties were being made between Muslim countries and Israel
America was energy independent America was a exporter of oil.
Americans had money to buy extra things.

You notice they said armed forces. Meaning they play tour of duty and watch a few war movies. Vets don't say shit like that they identify what branch they were in. Air Force
He wasn’t in the military. His type was not allowed then.

Could you show us the text where this "absolute right" is spelled out?
No text anywhere, in any state or federal law, or any state or federal constitution, restricts a voter on whom he may vote for.
No text anywhere, in any state or federal law, or any state or federal constitution, gives any state, or the federal government, the power to restrict a voter on whom he may vote for.
None.
Zip.
Zero.
Zilch.
Zero.
Nada.
You have the absolute right to vote for anyone you please.
You can vote for people not running in the election, you can vote for people who aren't alive -- you can vote for your cat.
The right is absolute.
You cannot demonstrate otherwise.
Divisibilty? Did you mean "disability"?
Congrats -- you -finally- demonstrated an error in something I said.
Don't be foolish. If you cannot hold an office, you are not allowed to run for it.
This is a lie.
Trump can still run for office if he isn't on the ballot.
No state or federal law can stop him.
He can run from prison if he wants -- until he dies, he can run for office.
At the very least, the state isn't going to bother counting your votes.
And in doing so, violate the rights of every elector who voted for him
-There's- your disenfranchisement.
The state has a legal and ethical duty to faithfully count and record every single legal ballot, regardless for whom it is cast.
You cannot hold an office (that which is precluded) if you do not first win the office.
Why do you think this is a meaningful response?
I'm sorry but that's just ignorant trollop
To someone who does not understand the term, sure.

To that end, and with specificity, tell us:
What compelling state interest does taking Trump off the ballot serve?
How does taking Trump off the ballot serve that interest?
Specifically, who is harmed by having Trump on the ballot?
How does taking Trump off the ballot mitigate or relieve that harm?
What is the intended effect of taking Trump off the ballot?
What is the practical effect of taking Trump off the ballot?

Nope. If SCOTUS or the states decide he is not qualified, he will not be allowed to run.
Another lie.
Trump can run for President ant time and anywhere he wants, and there's no legitimate legal force that can stop him.
He says "I'm running for President", and he's running.
