Keeping Trump off the ballot disenfranchises NO ONE

You need to give reality a little more credence. If SCOTUS finds against him or finds that the states can decide, he will get removed from some or all ballots and he will NOT be reelected. But, hey, there's always DeSantis.
then he should have been stopped when he said he is running......now all it looks like is desperation to keep him from running...right now if they try to take his name off the ballot they are interfering in this election...thats reality crick...

Typical dim.... Seriously. I wonder how many. Boomers were/are notorious partiers as were Gen Xers. I wonder.....

We have the -absolute- right to vote for whomever we choose; a disqualification from holding office does not disqualify someone from running in, or even winning, an election.
As such, your opinion holds no water.
No such right under state election law. And states are the ones who run their elections.
And states take their elections seriously, so they don't allow ineligible candidates. They also impose additional requirements in order to appear on their ballot.
Most importantly, because it differs from state to state, is what procedures are necessary, and who makes the final call.

Wrong. Three Supreme Court judges in Colorado said Trump didn't engage in an insurrection.
The Colorado case was tried in a District Court and the State Supreme Court and BOTH concluded that Trump had committed insurrection.

This is a shit thread. The only reason I'm in it is to tell you -- This is a shit thread.

By a shit poster.

SCOTUS is going to decide this. Not some College Sophomore on a Message Board

I'm sure you've heard the arguments going in the other direction. The Supreme Court of Colorado and Maine's Secretary of State found them convincing.
Democrats. It's political. How sad that the democrat party has decided to use our government to persecute Americans who disagree with them.

But their rules must be within the Constitutional Parameters.

Since you don't even know what this thread is about, I'm not particularly concerned about your worthless opinion.

You cared enough to respond to it. moron

Were you thinking that a disagreement about an election WOULDN'T be political? And what persecution of whom are you talking about and how is the government being used to do it?

One of the rules here is that people can't threaten other people. No implied threat of violence the rule says. . So board of directors how should we interpret this.
You did pose an interesting question.

I was considering sending you a Christmas card this year.

You cared enough to respond to it. moron
Still not concerned about your worthless opinion. And its worthless because you still don't know the thread topic, asshole.

Jan 6th was a protest. Explain to me how the President of the United States can overthrow the United States. Go ahead.

Jan. 6 was an insurrectionist riot with the intent of overthrowing the Democratic transition of power - overthrowing that process is effectively overthrowing the democratically elected government.

But you knew that, so please stop trying to play dumb.

15th post
When Trump supporters have to continuously comfort themselves with the fanstasy that their opponents are all afraid of them and their big bad leader, all that gets conveyed is THEIR fear.
Dems are due a beating, we'll give it to them in Nov.

What a idiot, I think that this has been used to keep a half dozen people out of office and I don't think any of them were found guilty in a court of law for being a insurrectionist.
None took it to SCOTUS yet.

Correct. Healthcare is not a right, but a majority of the people like to think it is.

I agree that healthcare is not a right. If it were, it would effectively make slaves of all Healthcare workers.

However, socialized healthcare is in the best interests of the 'General welfare' of the country.
