This is true, but she thinks that their white privilege is going to get them through, where as the minorities have no one but government to see them through. That's where her dumb self was coming from, but it's a lie, because this mythical white privilege being brushed over with a broad brush is leaving white's that aren't privileged labeled as privileged because of their skin color, and that's just absurd.

Minority doesn't mean skin color, but it means a minority in number who are of any color that might need assistance or help if they are downtrodden in life, but equity has nothing to do with any of this, in fact equity is a false term created by those seeking to embezzle money out of the general funds for use in vote buying scheme's and loyalty drives come election times.

How does a low income person need more financial assistance than someone who lost a home, boat etc low income people more likely rent so their landlord would need the assistance more than them.

The people of color comment is what got her in hot water, because the situation has nothing to do with choosing anyone of color in a bid to distribute funds or assistance along that line, otherwise when everyone is pushed into the same boats during a natural disaster that doesn't see color as it's taking away everything that a person of any color had worked for in their lives. Government is supposed to be color blind and equal in it's protection and assistance given to anyone that is in need.
