I haven't followed any of the government filings, maybe I'll start a tracker for this. I'll be very interested in their response.Yes, the might of one federal judge.
Now the admin has to respond.
From the OP link:~~~~~~
Hah! Another TRO by a activist Judge. This can be overturned easily enough. She has no standing. All Federal employees serve at the pleasure of the president especially at the level Ms. Harris has be given by Biden.
That statute, the Civil Service Reform Act, spells out that members of the MSPB are supposed to serve seven-year terms — partly so that their tenures extend across presidential terms — and that the president can only remove them “for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office.”
Contreras noted that the termination email Harris received from Trent Morse, the deputy director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office, did not allege that Harris had committed any wrongdoing.
Another day, another liberal district judge usurping power of the Executive....Yawn.I've stated this before and I'm sure we'll see it again. Trump was granted everything he needs by the Supreme Court to do pretty much whatever he wants. But because he nor his attorneys can't be bothered to do things properly, this is the result.
Cathy Harris, the chairwoman of the Merit Systems Protection Board, successfully argued that her firing violated the Civil Service Reform Act.

Court invalidates Trump’s attempt to fire MSBP leader
A federal judge on Tuesday invalidated President Trump’s attempt to fire Cathy Harris, the chairwoman of the Merit Systems Protection Board, finding that her term in office is protected by a federal law meant to ensure the board’s independence from political considerations....
The judge cannot usurp power he has, any more than the President usurp power he does not have.Another day, another liberal district judge usurping power of the Executive....Yawn.
You don't believe that....Hell, you're counting on District activist judges hampering the administration...You've as much as said that in the past...liar.The judge cannot usurp power he has, any more than the President usurp power he does not have.
Trump doesn’t believe in merit-based promotions, just those based on loyalty to him, not the country.I've stated this before and I'm sure we'll see it again. How'd the SCOTUS come down on those issues? You mean like when
District Judges in Texas/Missouri hampered the Biden Administration for Student Loans?
When District Judge in Texas tried to impose a federal ban on the abortion pill?
When District Judge in Louisanna tried to impose a federal ban on COVID mandates?
WW
How'd the SCOTUS come down on those issues?
That's the plan, unending frivolous lawsuits against this admin to keep them from accomplishing anything for the betterment of the country. Couldn't have that, people would see how government is supposed to work.Another day, another liberal district judge usurping power of the Executive....Yawn.
I am aware of how the court appeal process works buddy.Irrelevant - they were cases decided by District Court Judges imposing NATIONAL actions.
Well see how the SCOTUS rules on Trumps actions. But the SCOTUS is an appellate court (except for very limited original jurisdiction situations) and there for the proper venues are District Judges -->> Appeals Courts -->> SCOTUS.
That's the way it's been since the founding of the country and the first Congress establishing the court structure.

So, if I concede that activist judges on both sides (more dems than reps) have thrown out their oaths to impartial, and allowed their ideology to dictate their rulings, does that make it right?
I don’t think that’s what Americans want our courts devolving into, do you?
TROs doesn’t mean anyone broke the law…you know that right?I as an American actually DO want courts stepping in when the President commits an illegal act.
We have Presidents not dictators and they are bound to faithfully execute the laws of the United States.
I'm not a believer in the Unitary President theory. Why? Because it won't always be "my guy" in the office.

I am counting on SCOTUS to settle this. You don't believe that....Hell, you're counting on District activist judges hampering the administration...You've as much as said that in the past...liar.
Pretty confident you have Roberts, and Barrett on your side eh?I am counting on SCOTUS to settle this.
