Federal prosecutors have confirmed in a new court filing the authenticity of the infamous Hunter Biden laptop and that when investigators took possession of the device and searched it, they found its contents largely overlapped with records obtained from President Joe Biden’s son’s Apple iCloud account.
The new filing comes in Hunter Biden’s gun case in a federal court in Delaware, in which the president’s son faces three felonies in connection with allegations he made false statements to a gun dealer and possessed a firearm while being addicted to drugs.
Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty and is trying to get the gun charges thrown out, arguing that the case is a politically-driven “vindictive prosecution” and that special counsel David Weiss filed the charges due to Republican pressure.
Mr. Weiss’s team of prosecutors rejected Hunter Biden’s claim in the Jan. 16 filing, calling it a “conspiracy theory” that is unsupported by evidence.
“Stripped of its bluster, the defendant’s theory of vindictiveness is simply not credible,” prosecutors wrote in the filing. “Left with the inconvenient truth of trying to explain how this could happen during the Biden Administration, the defendant suggests that evil motives are lurking deep within the Department of Justice.”
“This theory is a fiction designed for a Hollywood script,” the prosecutors added.
But beyond the substance of the filing—namely rebutting the president’s son’s claims of a vindictive prosecution—the document also reveals new details surrounding the infamous Hunter Biden laptop that was at the heart of a censorship-by-proxy scandal ahead of the 2020 presidential election.

It appears that prosecutors for the DoJ have nailed down an extremely important fact.
HUNTER BIDEN's Laptop is authentic and now acceptable as evidentioary material.
So, all the screaming by the ideological DNCCP dolts has been for naught.
Hmm...., I wonder, now that the DoJ has confirmed this important piece of evidence, are they going to indict the 51 former intelligence officials for telling bald-faced lies to the American people for the express purpose of interfering with a national election?
Hmm...., It took DOJ FIVE YEARS to discover that Hunter had an iCloud account and the laptop was backing up to that iCloud account? NOTHING gets past these feds. Yet, even Wray would not release that information.
Why aren’t they continuing the original story plot line?…

Those crafty Russians created the iCloud account under Hunter’s name and had the fake Russian laptop back up to it.​

Wouldn’t that be more likely and consistent with a thorough and professional Russian disinformation campaign? How does an iCloud account that matches the laptop confirm it was Hunter’s laptop? That is illogical.

What you seem to forget is that the DoJ prosecutor is using the contents of Hunter's laptop as evidentiary fact in the Gedral trial against Hunter in Califormia.
By doing so the DoJ has opened the door to Congress using the same evidence.

The point of the Hunter's hard drive is that it proves Joe Biden was behind the bribes that caused the 2014 Maidan coup, which is illegal, and lead to the treaty violations of trying to join NATO.
So then it was Joe and Hunter who deliberately risked WWIII in order to try to put US nukes on Russia's border.

What is on Hunter's hard drive are emails showing that hunter was the go between bagman for the bribed to the Polish generals that caused the 2014 Maidan coup, as well as the weapons that encourages them to try to join NATO, in violation of their treaties.
They also prove the kick backs to the Bidens from the foreign aid Obama illegal authorized.
They also document the scheme to force the Ukraine to illegally fire Shokin.

It's desperation. They are looking for SOMETHING that will stick in an election year. Problem is, they have no evidence. Three House hearings on this have pretty much put the nail in that coffin.
We've been over the Ukraine prosecutor issue more times than I can count. It isn't what you think it is. And the rest of us have moved on.
